How can I place my order?

Currently our online shopping cart is not ready. Therefore, you may write us an e-mail, stating your name, shipping address, phone number, types of products and quantity required. We will advise you accordingly via email.

Will I get an order confirmation?

You will receive an e-mail to confirm your order. If you do not hear from us within 48 hours, please send us an e-mail or call us at +6012-3031 347.

When will my order be processed?

We process most orders within 24-48 hours, Monday to Friday subject to stock availability. If an item is out-of-stock, we will contact you for further instructions.

What are your delivery charges?

We will advise you on the delivery charges when we confirm your order.

We also accept international orders.

All taxes, duties and other fees, if any, are to be borne by customers. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

How do I pay?

All payments will be charged in Malaysia Riggit.

Currently our Credit Card or PayPal payment facility is not available. You can make your payment directly into our bank account with the Maybank. We shall advise you on the the bank account details upon confirmation of your orders.

You can pay through the following methods:
- Deposit cash/cheques through ATM or bank counters
- Telegraphic Transfer

Please either call us at+6012-3031347 or e-mail us after you have made the payment, stating the amount and receipt/reference number. Orders will be processed upon confirmation of payment.
